Ingredients:
8-10 shrimps
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1 cup peas
1/4 cup corn
1 cup celery
1 tbsp soy sauce
Fresh group black pepper
3 tbsp olive oil
(Soy sauce contains salt, so I didn't use any, if you use low sodium, you can add some salt)
Directions:
Add 1 tbsp olive oil into a pan, cook the shrimp for couple minutes until the color changed. Take out the shrimps, add the rest olive oil, cook carrots first for couple minutes then add celery, cook for another 2 minutes. (I like the carrots little soft, but if you prefer it crunchy you can cook all the vegetables together.) Add the rest vegetables and stir-fry for few minutes until the peas and corn are soft, add the shrimp and stir well, seasoned with soy sauce and pepper. ( 2 servings)
